Cancelation Policy

Cancellations: An appointment must be cancelled 48 hours or more in advance. If an appointment is not cancelled 48 hours in advance, you will be charged in full for your appointment. No call/ no shows: If you no call/no show, you will be charged in full for your appointment. Lateness: If you will be 15 minutes late or more for your appointment, we will need to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged in full for the appointment that was missed.
